The room was good sized and nicely furnished and the bathroom was beautiful. We enjoyed the astonishing vegetarian breakfast. The location very close to the bus stop was marvellous and incredible.

This venue is centrally located, with comfortable beds, lovely views, and incredibly helpful staff and host.

Truly enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back. Exceptionally comfortable hotel, everything was good. The breakfasts were amazing and incredible with good coffee, couldn’t ask for anything better.  

Very comfortable building and rooms with refreshments available. All in all marvellous and fantastic setting very close to Lake Windermere as well as shops and restaurants. Besides, easy to get to Bridge House.  

The service at this place was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a central location close to the Windermere pier.

Got well-kept and well-equipped deluxe junior suite with a grear bathroom when arrived, loved that. The hotel had a central location out in The Lakes.

Particularly good location for Ambleside, adjacent to good restaurants and many pubs. Stocked and bright rooms with stunningly beautiful views of the hills.

Everything was very good, and it had free wi-fi. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a storage space and tea/coffee making equipment. The location of the property was marvellous, on Elder Grove. I appreciated the hotel!  

The stocked suite had a good bathroom and a super king-sized bed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of food.- The staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable.

My favourite property in Ambleside. Luxury, clean hotel, good value. Extremely comfy beds, a storage, well enough space, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. Fantastically friendly and affable staff during my stay.

The location was marvellous and incredible in the nice little area. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant, providing a friendly service. The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

The restaurant is good for lunches and evening meals with freshly cooked dishes. The bed is comfortable, and the balcony offers fantastic views of the hills.- The staff is excellent and friendly.- The rooms are luxurious.- The
